I don?t have it. Last week I calculated out my work hours for the week and it was almost 90. That?s right?averaging more than 12 hours for 7 days of the week. I get to Athletic Lab at 7am most mornings and don?t leave til 8 and sometimes later. Then I go home, eat dinner, chill a little and do some evening administrative work, writing, blogging, etc. Pursuit of anything big requires sacrifice. Right now my work is my life and my wife and daughter are the ones making the biggest sacrifice. There is hope at the end of the tunnel though as things are picking up at our new business location and I?ve got new help that will take some load off my plate when they get settled in to there duties.? Is it possible to be the owner of a startup and achieve work-life balance? From what I?ve heard the answer is no.
